UT Fruit

After receiving our shipments of Utah apples and peaches, we had a lot of canning to do.  We canned 10 pints and 25 quarts of applesauce and 35 quarts of peaches!  It was a lot of work, but luckily Devin was off work and could help and we had my mom, dad, mother-in-law to help us too.  It feels so much better to have our shelves replenished.

YUMMMMMM utah peaches.....

they never made it in any jar or pie at my house- we ate 30lbs in a couple weeks! lol
