Gym Pants, Friar Tuck & Alton

I just love these little pants on Henry! I think they are so cute!

Cutest little profile!
Those lips!
I love noodles. They are one of my favorite foods and they are one of Jaxon's favorites too. I think it's safe to say Henry will be joining the club with his mama and brother.

Isn't this a neat pic? I was trying to get one of Henry and he grabbed the camera. What a perfect little frame!
We got some Utah cherries and while Devin made a pie Jaxon said he was "Friar Cook" (Friar Tuck from Robbin Hood) because there is one scene in the movie where the Firar uses a spoon like this to taste soup.
Then after baths we usually read stories before putting the kids to bed. Jaxon had a good long nap today so he wasn't quite tired enough for bed yet. Daddy asked Jaxon if he wanted to watch a show with him and Jax said, "Yea! I wanna watch the one with Alton." Following in Daddy's footsteps...they both enjoy Good Eats with Alton Brown.
On a sad note, take a look at what's left of the fudge I got from Disneyland. It's not the best fudge I've ever had. The fact that it's still soft after being open for a month proves that it has more preservatives than any other fudge I've ever had. But I have been enjoying it a little at a time to make it last and it's almost gone:(
Now I'm off to enjoy some cuddle time with my hot husband! Yea for Friday nights!

10 Miles!

Yep, this week the long run was 10 miles. I ran it yesterday and I absolutely loved every second of it. Call me crazy, I know, right? But I felt so good through the whole run. My hips got a little tired at about the 8th mile, but my muscles and lungs stayed strong. I ran it with my mom (she's doing the marathon too). We averaged less than 10 minute miles. It was pretty cold outside, but I felt so good. I was able to really speed up the last half mile and finish strong. I think running on the treadmill for part of my training makes me really appreciate the chances I have to run outside. Today, I still feel good, but I can tell my knees are a little tired.

After I got home and took my shoes off this is what I found...Future star runner!

I guess he likes to point at the camera now.
When he gets tired he stands like this...I have no idea why he does it, but it's so funny!

This is totally random, but the other day I was making dinner--yep, I'm not kidding--and I was looking for something in the spice cupboard and just couldn't find it. Then I realized I was sifting through about 50 cans of spray oil, so I pulled them all out. This was what we had in there...

I snapped a pic and left them there for Devin to pick out what he wanted to keep. He did and put them away. But...I haven't cooked since, so I'm not sure how many are in there now!

Potty break with Gramps
Day 1
California Adventure
Woody ride...loved it!
Woody...love him!
Jessie...love her!
Granny & Gramps took the boys to see the Incredibles while Devin and I rode the Tower of Terror.
Sulley
Jaxon wanted to touch his tail and wouldn't leave until he did.
Waiting for the Pixar Parade to start.
It's true!
Granny got Jaxon all the Captian Hook & Peter Pan accessories. He loves them!
You think he's a little tired?
Waiting for the bus to take us back to the hotel.
Day 2 started out with a honey mishap...
It was Sunday, so after attending a Polynesian ward we took a drive to the beach. We just played in the sand. Henry fell and got sand in his mouth. It was just too cute.

Day 3
Jaxon wore his Buzz outfit. We saw Peter Pan.
I heart Peter.
I don't think he's ever been happier than on that Buzz ride!
Gramps & Jax defeating Emperor Zurg.
Henry with his alien.
So excited to meet Captain Hook!
And the Queen of Hearts!
Small World
They added Disney characters to the dolls in this ride and it's darling.
Small World
Dumbo, a favorite.
Henry decided to throw a fit while waiting to see Pooh-it was cute though.
Pooh-Henry's favorite!
Eeyore-so cute!
Tigger-I think Henry is a little nervous.
Goofy in his Fall outfit. Both Disneyland and California Adventure were decorated for the fall season and Halloween holiday. It was so fun to see it with different decorations.
Minnie in her Fall dress:)
Striking a pose after a Disney parade...
Character breakfast in Goofy's Kitchen. Why the pic is with Pluto? I'm not sure...
There's Goofy!
Mickey in Toon Town
This is moments before we realized Jaxon tossed his shoes out of the stroller to be lost for the remainder of the trip. The workers kept giving Devin a hard time about Jaxon not having shoes on the rides. He told them they were lost and someone (Granny) was bringing us a new pair. Like we'd bring our kid to Disneyland without shoes?! We reported the loss with Lost and Found and a few days after we got home the shoes arrived in the mail! Yeah! We were surprised and so glad!
Cute Minnie
Donald in his Halloween costume!
Hugs for Mickey!
Exhausted on the ride home.
It was a blast, but very tiring for everyone. I was ready to come home, but just days later I was longing to go back!
