We Meet Again, Jillian

Now that I'm able to exercise again, I'm eager to start toning my muscles back to pre-baby form. I prefer to run, but my left knee has been bothering me.  It's a total mystery since I haven't exercised at all for so long I don't know why it could possible be hurting.  I just hope it feels better soon so I can get back to running.  I really, really miss it!  And the weather has been so nice I would love to go for a good run out there.

I did the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred video after Henry was born and liked it.  I did level 1 today and it kicked my butt.  The cardio isn't real intense, but the strength portion is hard.  How is it that I can hold Oliver in one arm while I vacuume the entire house, yet it burns like mad when I do shoulder press?  It felt good to get my heart rate up and sweat a little.  Exercising really is a favorite hobby of mine so I'm really looking forward to working back up to being fit again.

Good for you!!! I love 30 day Shred!!! I also plan on using it when I'm ready!!! Level one is so hard until you get used to it!I think every time I start again I couldn't walk for a week! I hope your knee feel better soon so you can run!!! Don't worry you will be fit before you know it!!!

yes yes YES i love the 30 day shred its one of my favorite workouts. and i love how i start sweating just in the warm-up! haha

ps. totally steal whatever you want! just add more to it cause i know there are TONS of convos im missing :)
