Is one brand superior to the others, Tom Tom, Garmin, Magellan?
This is the one I've been eyeing...Garmin 855
I like how it has the view of the signs from the road. I believe this is the only GPS with this feature.

It's cheaper and it got a little better reviews.

I don't know!!! Please give me opinions and suggestions on these or any other GPS devices you know about! How does anyone decide???

Hey uh, I read your blog. is that weird? Do you remember me from High School? lol. I was Molly Shumway back then. My inlaws have a garmin and it works really well....but Ive never used the other kinds so Maybe my comment is no good. Good Luck! I think at costco if you buy electronics you can return them in 90 days? (might want to double check that) so maybe get one and take it back if it stinks!
Hey Ruthann this is Katie (Clark) When I nannied I used a TomTom but now that I bought m own I went with the Garmin. There is not much difference but the Garmin is a little easier to make function and it is nice to see the road signs, also the TomTom broke one time when I was back east and the customer service is really really bad!
they now have gps for your phone, it's 10 bucks a month and well worth it
we have a Garmin and couldn't be happier with it. My dad got the same one too. I think it's the best deal you'll find and great quality.
If you sign up an account at Key Bank for 6 months you get a free Garmin GPS. That is what Marc & I did. Didn't pay a penny for it.
I LOVE our Garmin Nuvi!!!
They have some GPS on half.com for $70 bucks.
My sister, dad and Brother in law all have Garmin and they all love them!.. They are user friendly and easy to understand!!!
