It has the best feature called blacklist. Someone calls you, you add that number to the blacklist then everytime they try and call back they get a disconnected number recording. Ooma also has a community blacklist you can use that knows 1000's of numbers of scammers and telemarketers and those numbers are automatically. We have used it since January and no more calls we don't want. The best part is that it only costs $11.75 a year after the first year. You do have to buy the Ooma box, but after 4 months of no Qwest bill it paid for itself. No phone bills for us and no waste of time calls.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2189653348660012695.post-64737189957473765602010-08-10T20:13:55.568-07:002010-08-10T20:13:55.568-07:00We have the same problem with the phone calls--and...We have the same problem with the phone calls--and I've put our numbers on the do not call registry many times (yes, even our cell phones). I also tell every solicitor who calls (when I actually answer) to please not call again.

Oh, and as for the junk mail--I used to get junk mail from Geico about every day, and finally, I noticed in the fine print that I could remove my address from their system by going to a website. You might want to check that with your junk mail. I haven't found that to be the case with ALL junk mail, but it did work in that instance.JennaKhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10724959154514125980noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2189653348660012695.post-48165349251249579112010-08-09T21:09:31.482-07:002010-08-09T21:09:31.482-07:00write down the solicitor phone caller, then say pu...write down the solicitor phone caller, then say put me on the DO NOT CALL LIST..
